Feeling Lost in their Own Skin

Deprioritizing their wants and needs in the name of humility

Not Knowing What they Want for the Future
Asking, "Who Am I If Not Mom?"
You know something is off, and you just can't keep ignoring it anymore.
There's a name for the pattern: Good Girl Ghosting™ — the socially-approved, quietly praised habit of betraying yourself in the smallest, most invisible moments of every single day.
Maybe you can name exactly where you keep disappearing. Or maybe you just know you've gone a little missing from your own life — you can't answer the question, "What's next?" because you genuinely don't know where to begin.
Either way, you're in the right place. This is where we begin to find YOU again.
"You don't magically wake up empowered.
You practice your way there."
The exact words to reach for the moment you go blank. Seven real-life scenarios, the Pinkie-Toe Word Bank, and a Courage Practice you can start...today. The smallest first step onto the Path.

The full 12-week Rebel Practice in a self-guided workbook. Yours for life, at your own pace.
Catch the moment you start to disappear, and discover how to interrupt it and practice what it really looks like to choose yourself.

Reveal it. Re-Story it. Rehearse it. Live it.
Exact Scripts and Strategies to stop disappearing and reclaim your unique light — so you can finally show up Honest, Real, and ALIVE.
A 12-week video on-ramp plus a full year of community: weekly Practice and Teaching calls, Rebel tools, and a sisterhood of women catching what you can't see yet. One Rebel Hour (a private 1:1 coaching with me) is included when you join.
A guided reset for the woman ready to stop disappearing and finally be honest with herself enough to go after what she wants — the dusty dream, the quieter life, the deeper relationships.
To know who she is, what she truly wants, and fall in love with the woman she uncovers.
This is where Good Girl Ghosting becomes the Rebel Practice: real-time catching, kept promises, and a community where it's safe to tell the truth and admit you're still learning.
12-weeks of guided curriculum inside a full year of community.
"You don't have to trust yourself yet.
You just have to stop pretending you don't know."

"You can't rewrite a story you won't admit you're in."

The awakening. We catch the exact moment you start to disappear, interrupt it, and practice what it really looks like to choose yourself — in real time. For the woman ready to go deeper, with a guide for the walk.
The reclamation. A small-group pathway for women who want to continue this exciting journey — reclaiming buried parts, loving who you meet, and living with presence over performance. Offered twice a year
The expression. A premium, immersive experience for women ready to stop shrinking and live fully seen. Not self-paced — embodied, relational work in intentional space. Offered in limited seasons.
They come because:
A role has changed (or is changing)
A season has ended — or refuses to end
Faith feels quieter than it used to
Identity feels blurry under responsibility
Joy feels distant, even though life looks "fine"
This isn't a crisis. It's a threshold.
Harmony Bloom™ exists for the in-between seasons — when something old no longer fits, but the new hasn't fully formed yet.
It equips women to:
Reconnect with who they are beneath roles and expectations
Rebuild trust in their own wisdom and God's leading
Understand personal seasons and inner rhythms
Release "should" and reclaim agency
Take small, grounded steps toward a life that feels honest and whole
Stop managing life from exhaustion and start leading it with intention
This is not:
A self-fixing program
Hustle-based personal growth
Performative spirituality
A personality test or label
This is:
A rhythm for real women in real life
A framework rooted in faith, story, and embodiment
A return to presence, joy, and clarity
Harmony Bloom™ is Heartwork that lives at the intersection of story, identity, faith, family, and legacy.
It's practical and grounded. Spiritually rooted without being preachy. Deep — but never heavy.
And designed for real, lasting change.

A free deck of 60-second sparks to romanticize your life and reclaim your light — one tiny rebellion at a time.
Seven print-and-keep cards, each with one brave, joyful prompt. Pick a card, set a 60-second timer, and play.
The smallest, most delightful step onto the Path — especially if you've forgotten what lights you up.
The ReStory Arc™. The narrative-identity engine. We find the inherited story quietly running the pattern, and we rewrite it, so you stop living from a script you never chose.
The Five Petals of Transformation. Root · Soul · Call · Transition · Legacy — the seasons the Path moves through, so the work meets you exactly where you are.
Woven through all of it: narrative identity and story structure, spiritual formation and discernment, nervous-system and emotional wisdom, and small practices that actually fit a real life.
Deep enough to last. Light enough to live.
Everything I teach rests on these seven core principles. They aren't rules to live up to — They're the truths the practice is built on.
1. You Are the Author. Between what happens to you and how you respond, there’s a space. In that space, you hold the pen. The story you've lived up until now doesn't have to be the story you continue living.
2. Curiosity Over Control. We don’t grip the pattern, the choice, or the feeling. We definitely don't shame it. We get curious. Curiosity is what loosens its hold.
3. Truth Over Performance. Freedom doesn't come from being more dramatic or loud. Just more honest. We stop managing how we’re seen and start telling the truth — first to ourselves.
4. Small Truth → Big Change. You don't magically wake up empowered — you practice your way there. You don’t overhaul your life in one major scene. You catch one small moment and choose differently. Pinkie-toe steps of courage compound.
5. Imagination Is a Gift. Imagination isn’t where you escape your life. It’s where you remember what’s true and what's possible, and you envision the woman you already are.
6. Both/And Over Either/Or. The false binary is the trap. You can be grateful AND honest. Warm AND clear. Good AND whole. Steady AND becoming. Both can be true. Both are the practice. It's what I call Living in the Both/And.
7. Reclaim, Don’t Repair. You’re not broken, you’re buried. This was never about fixing you. It’s about reclaiming the light that was always yours. Discovering and remembering and growing — and loving the process and the woman.
There are a few ways to walk this Path together, depending on the support you're ready for.
Most of the women I work with want a blend of transformation and community – which is exactly what the Good Girl Ghosting Reset™ is built for: learning to catch the moment you disappear and choose yourself, in real time.
Prefer it one-on-one? The Rebel Practice™ is the same foundation, in personal mentorship.
From there, the path deepens — and each stage has its own focus: UNHIDDEN™ is the reclamation: reclaiming the parts of yourself you buried, until you rediscover who you truly are (and like the woman you uncover). Dangerously Visible™ is the furthest edge: an immersive experience where you are witnessed living fully seen, radiant, and expressed.
The Path goes as deep as you're ready for and the through-line never changes: stop disappearing, reclaim your agency in the moments that matter most, rediscover the light you buried, and live rooted, radiant, and rebelliously authentic.
Openings for The Rebel Path™, UNHIDDEN™ cohorts, Dangerously Visible™ retreat weekends, and all live challenges and application-based communities are always shared first in The Rebel Letters Newsletter, and on The Joyful Rebel Podcast.
You can also schedule a free Connection Call.

Either way—you won't leave the same.
